Tennessee-Illinois Presidential Approval-Disapprove Ratings

For a red state with five Democratic congressmen out of nine (a majority), you would think we would have wisened up sooner. The red is DISAPPROVE, and the blue is APPROVE of the job that President Bush is doing.
